Eton is located to the rear of the building with spectacular views of Edinburgh's skyline and a view of the castle. Situated on the first floor the Eton has two separate areas with the living and dining area distinct from the bedroom area. The bedroom, which features a picture wall accenting the intricacy of the gates of the Palace of Holyrood House provides a sumptuous sleeping arrangement with the king-sized bed offering the perfect restful nights' sleep.

The living area features a long comfortable sofa-chaise which is positioned in front of the feature fireplace over which is the flat screen TV. The apartment offers a perfect place for business people to call home during a stay in the capital, particularly as it offers a small modular and state of the art kitchen for preparing meals for nights in - however there are restaurants aplenty in the West End and in the New Town, both a stones throw from the apartment.

For business people, we offer free high speed broadband internet connection and with the apartment being so closely located to the city centre, travel on foot to Princes Street takes 10 minutes and there is a frequent bus service in both directions.
