Learmonth stands apart from the other studio apartments within Clarendon Crescent as it has a more traditional layout, with distinct living, kitchen and sleeping areas within separate rooms to the front and rear of the apartment. The front living area has a small bay window which accommodates the dining table and offers tremendous views of the Edinburgh skyline, from the local view of the castle and Arthur's seat down to the North of the capital to the Forth Estuary and across to the kingdom of Fife

The bedroom is a spacious room offering a king-sized bed facing the window offering views to the front gardens. There is a full length mirror and dressing chair as well as a full height closet for dresses, gowns and suits. A small side table has one of two telephones within the apartment and the hardwood flooring is remarkably comfortable and adds to the overall quality of the apartment
